Family-School-Community Partnership in Islamic Education as a Strategy for Combating Adolescent Moral Decadence during Digital Disruption
Main Article Content
Abstract
This qualitative research explores the concept of synergy among family, school, and community as the three main educational centers in Islamic religious education to address moral degradation among adolescents in the digital disruption era. Through systematic literature review, the study examines the roles and responsibilities of each educational center and how their coordinated efforts can strengthen character formation. Findings reveal that effective synergy requires shared vision, continuous communication, and integrated programs among families, schools, and communities. Families provide foundational religious values through modeling and habituation, schools reinforce these values through innovative and relevant curricula, and communities create supportive social environments with positive moral pressure. The digital era demands adaptation from all parties, including improving digital literacy and utilizing technology as an effective educational tool. The study emphasizes the importance of spiritual awareness, critical thinking skills, and moral resilience in protecting adolescents from negative influences of the digital world. Results demonstrate that integrated and synergistic Islamic education can build a morally upright and resilient young generation capable of facing future challenges while adhering to religious values. This research contributes theoretical frameworks and practical guidance for developing collaborative educational strategies in religious character formation.
