How to Establish Work-Life Balance to Enhance Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstrak

Work-life balance is an important factor that affects employee job satisfaction in companies. A good balance between the demands of work and personal life can improve employees' quality of life, reduce stress, and increase satisfaction with work. This study aims to identify the relationship between work-life balance and employee job satisfaction in various companies, as well as the factors that influence both. This literature study approach is used as a basis for reviewing various previous st udies on work-life balance policies, work flexibility, and their influence on job satisfaction. The results show that policies that support work-life balance, such as flexibility in working hours, can increase job satisfaction and reduce employee stress levels. Good communication between management and employees is also very important to ensure the policy is well received and effectively implemented. Companies are expected to design policies that are more inclusive and supportive of employee well-being in order to create a productive and healthy work environment.
